Exploring Mechanisms From Leader Consideration and Information Sharing to Follower Behavior

In this study, we examine (1) the effect of leader consideration and information sharing on follower proactive behavior, (2) sequential mediating role positive psychological capital (PsyCap) job satisfaction. Data were collected from a pair 369 leader-followers, with followers responding to their PsyCap, satisfaction, leadership style immediate while matching leaders responded behavior. Structural equation modeling was performed test hypotheses.
